Register your details with us so we can find out your requirements in order to find you the best properties

Viewings

Our staff will keep you informed of new properties which come on to the market and that match your criteria. We always like to keep our buyers up to date, so some properties may not even get listed for sale before they are sold!

Offer

There are many aspects to consider when making an offer, offer amount, proof of affordability, any chain involved, any further conditions etc

Offer Accepted

At this stage you will need to arrange for any valuation/survey to be done. It’s time to appoint a solicitor so we can send out the memorandum of sale so the conveyancing progress can begin

Sales Progression

We will help progress the purchase by keeping you informed of developments to ensure that everything is on track

Exchange

Contracts are now officially exchanged between both parties’ solicitors, deposit monies are also transferred and a completion date has been set

10

Completion

The sale has now been completed and it’s time to collect the keys to your new home/investment property!
