The Process


If you meet the criteria, please fill in the HOW form by clicking here and send to us at and a member of the team will contact you


Once we have form and supporting documents, we will confirm a convenient time for viewing the development


If you choose to take an apartment we will require one weeks holding deposit (£320 for a one bed or £550 for a two bed) to secure the chosen apartment and confirm the details (ie move in date, term, conditions etc) within Holding Deposit Agreement to be signed


We will send you links to the referencing agency so they can conduct the usual checks such as credit, affordability, landlord reference (if applicable) and employer reference.


The tenancy agreement will be sent to you for signature electronically


Move in monies will be requested prior to move in and a member of the team will confirm the time of your move in


You will meet the on-site management team who will carry out the final Right to Rent checks and move you in
