Compliance

We will need to get some documents from you which include: property information forms, an energy performance certificate and identification.

Prepare For Marketing

We will arrange for professional photos, floor plans and an energy performance certificate to be conducted to ensure your property looks the best it possibly can for when we begin marketing

On The Market

Once your property is live we will be working hard on generating interest, booking viewings - which are all accompanied by a member of staff and providing you with feedback within 24 hours of the viewing taking place

Offer

Once we obtain your offer(s) we will qualify all purchasers’ financial positions before putting them forward to you for consideration

Offer Accepted

We will send out the relevant details to all parties so the conveyancing process can begin

Updates

We will help progress the sale by keeping you informed of developments to ensure that everything is on track

Exchange

Contracts are now officially exchanged between both parties’ solicitors, deposit monies are also transferred and a completion date has been set

Completion

The sale has now been completed and it’s time to release the keys to the new owner!
